为了研究预混气爆轰的内部结构,对不同浓度的Ar稀释的C_2H_2+2.5O_2预混气进行爆轰实验研究和计算分析。首先,在内径为63.5mm的管道内进行爆轰实验,使用烟熏玻璃记录了不同初始压力下C_2H_2+2.5O_2预混气的爆轰端面结构。使用数字化图像处理技术来分析烟熏玻璃记录的三波点轨迹,以减少人为误差。然后,观察实验结果并描绘规则图形,验证了所编程序后计算分析实验结果。从端面结构中对封闭图形进行圆的拟合,用胞格半径方差来表示胞格大小的均匀程度;用相邻胞格圆心距的方差来表示胞格分布的规则程度。通过对比不同Ar稀释下半径方差和圆心距方差随胞格数量的变化,给出不同浓度Ar稀释下C_2H_2+2.5O_2预混气的端面胞格尺寸及分布规律,随着Ar浓度的升高,预混气端面胞格分布更加规律。
In order to study the internal structure of premixed detonation, the detonation experiments of C_2H_2 + 2.5O_2 premixed with different concentrations of Ar were carried out and calculated. First, detonation experiments were carried out in a 63.5mm ID pipe. The structure of detonation of C_2H_2 + 2.5O_2 premixed gas under different initial pressures was recorded with smoke glass. Use digitized image processing techniques to analyze three-wave point traces of smoky glass records to reduce human error. Then, the experimental results were observed and the regular graph was drawn. The results of the experiment were calculated and analyzed after the program was programmed. From the end of the structure of the closed-curve fitting circle, with the cell radius variance to represent the degree of cell size uniformity; adjacent cell center of the distance between the variance to represent the degree of rules of cell distribution. The cell size and distribution of C_2H_2 + 2.5O_2 pre-mixed gas at different dilutions of Ar were obtained by comparing the variances of variance and center-of-center distance variances with the number of cells in different Ar dilutions. With the increase of Ar concentration, Pre-mixed gas cell surface lattice distribution more regular.
