面对学校加强教师队伍的建设,作为初中数学教师,怎样及时的更新自身的教学理念,丰富自身的教学手段,在素质教育不断发展的进程中取得主动,都是现阶段初中数学教师所面临的课题。本文从初中数学教师专业学习的现状的角度出发,结合笔者自身的教学实践,对初中数学教师专业学习进步的对策进行了一些思考探索。
Facing the school’s strengthening of the construction of teachers, as junior mathematics teachers, how to update their own teaching ideas in a timely manner, enrich their teaching methods, and take initiative in the continuous development of quality education are all faced by junior mathematics teachers at this stage. Question. From the perspective of the status quo of junior middle school mathematics teachers’ professional learning, this article, combined with the author’s own teaching practice, carries out some thoughts and explorations on the countermeasures for junior middle school mathematics teachers’ professional learning and progress.
