目的关节软骨是覆盖在关节骨表面的一层承重生物组织,软骨组织成分的微小变化都会导致软骨的退化,所以研究软骨的材料属性具有重要意义。方法本文在3参数三相模型的基础上,提出了非匀质4参数三相模型,用来估计软骨的轴向模量Ha,并预测了关节软骨的膨胀模式。结果运用非匀质4参数三相模型可以提取更精确的软骨轴向模量,与其它模型相比,该模型对软骨膨胀的预测结果更接近实验结果。结论该模型可以更准确地描述软骨组织随深度变化的材料属性。
Purpose Articular cartilage is a layer of bearing biological tissue covering the surface of the joint bone. Small changes in the composition of cartilage will lead to the degeneration of cartilage, so it is of great significance to study the material properties of cartilage. Methods Based on the three-parameter three-phase model, an inhomogeneous 4-parameter three-phase model was proposed to estimate the axial modulus Ha of cartilage and predict the expansion mode of articular cartilage. Results The non-homogeneous 4-parameter three-phase model can extract more accurate axial modulus of cartilage. Compared with other models, this model predicts the expansion of cartilage closer to the experimental results. Conclusion The model can describe the material properties of cartilage tissue with depth more accurately.
