主要阐述了国内目前常用的普通全液压钻机开孔定位准确性低、自适应能力差、自动防卡钻能力弱和单根钻杆钻进过程自动化程度低等问题。针对普通钻机存在的问题,提出了一种自适应液压钻机的解决方案,实现煤矿井下安全高效钻凿瓦斯抽放孔。
This paper mainly expounds the problems of low accuracy, poor adaptive ability, weak anti-jamming capability and low degree of automation of the drilling process of the single drill pipe which are commonly used today in China. Aimed at the existing problems of ordinary drilling rigs, a solution of adaptive hydraulic drilling rig was proposed to realize safe and efficient drilling of gas drainage holes in coal mines.
