通过室内和现场试验,研究了青藏高原地区环境气压、拌合水温和细骨料含泥量对机场道面混凝土含气量的影响。结果表明,相同的配合比,高原地区混凝土含气量明显小于平原地区,引入的气泡数量少、消退快。砂子含泥量对混凝土含气量和强度均有显著影响,拌合水温对含气量也有一定影响。为保证混凝土含气量,结合玉树机场实际情况,提出了相应的技术措施。
Through indoor and field tests, the effects of ambient air pressure, mixing water temperature and fines content on the air content of concrete pavement in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau were studied. The results show that with the same compounding ratio, the air content of concrete in plateau is obviously less than that of plain, and the quantity of air bubbles introduced is small and quickly dissipates. Sand content of clay content and strength of concrete have a significant impact, mixing temperature also has some impact on gas content. In order to ensure the gas content of concrete, combined with the actual situation of Yushu Airport, put forward the corresponding technical measures.
