在中职食品工艺教材中原有的实验设计内容的基础上,笔者尝试应用创新思维教学的方法,通过创新的实验设计,让学生运用所学的食品科学理论和技能知识力求创新,去寻找更好的实验方法,科学地处理实验数据,创新地提出改进措施。本文主要探索了食品工艺实验课程的创新教学设计的前提、基础、机会和效果,以求突破原有教材的实验目标。
Based on the original experimental design content in the teaching materials of secondary vocational schools, the author attempts to apply the method of innovative thinking teaching through innovative experimental design so that students can use the knowledge of food science theory and skills to strive for innovation and seek better Experimental methods, scientific treatment of experimental data, innovative measures to improve. This paper mainly explores the premise, foundation, opportunity and effect of innovative teaching design of food technology experiment course in order to break through the experimental goal of the original textbook.
