电动转辙机是铁路上用来改变火车在铁轨交汇处的轨道走向,控制列车的运行路线。由于常年在户外工作,工作环境差,为保证铁路运输安全,铁路上规定需定期将其更换下来测试和检修。原来使用的ZD-6型电动转辙机测试台,存在测试操作工作量大、性能不够稳定和数据处理不便等缺点。为此我们应用Intel8751单片机和386PC机对测试台进行了改造,研制成功电动转辙机微机测试系统。它有效地提高了电动转辙机测试的工作效率、数据的精度和可靠性,并自动记录了测试结果,为质量分析和质量管理提供了全面的可靠的数据。
Electric switch machine is used to change the track on the railway train at the junction of the track to control the operation of the train line. Due to perennial outdoor work, poor working environment, in order to ensure the safety of railway transport, the railway requires regular replacement of the test and overhaul. The original ZD-6 electric point machine test bed, there is a large test workload, performance is not stable enough and data processing and other shortcomings. To this end, we use Intel8751 microcontroller and 386PC machine on the test bed has been transformed, the successful development of electric point machine microcomputer test system. It effectively improves the working efficiency, data accuracy and reliability of the electric point machine test, and automatically records the test results, providing comprehensive and reliable data for quality analysis and quality management.
