为了隆重纪念中国共产党成立90周年,进一步宣传党的光辉历史和丰功伟绩,深化党史学习教育活动,中共黑龙江省委组织部、中共黑龙江省委宣传部、中共黑龙江省委党史研究室于6月3日至6月20日在全省范围内共同举办了黑龙江省纪念中国共产党成立90周年党史知识网上答题有奖竞赛活动。
