在生物实验教学过程中,分组实验教学既能很好地培养学生的实验操作能力,又能有效地培养学生的实验创新能力和合作探究能力,越来越受到学校教师的广泛重视。但是,越来越多的教师深深地感受到,在学生分组实验中,学生表现出诸多不良的心理特征,管理难度不断加大。笔者现就在生物分组实验教学中学生所表现出来的不良心理及采取的教学管理策略进行如下阐述。一、学生表现出来的不良心理1.心理准备不足。准备充分是实验成功的前提。
In the process of biological experiment teaching, group experiment teaching can not only cultivate students ’ability of experimental operation well, but also effectively cultivate students’ ability of experimental innovation and cooperation exploration, which is paid more and more attention by school teachers.
