本文对摆线减速机输出机构传统的悬臂梁结构设计,进行了分析计算。由于输出柱销处于悬臂状态,加之圆周等分孔加工中分度误差的存在,使个别的输出柱销受力变形很大,影响摆线减速传递功率及扭矩的提高。现介绍几种简支梁输出机构,期望为解决大功率、大扭矩摆线减速机的结构设计,辟以新的途径。
In this paper, cycloid reducer output mechanism of traditional cantilever beam structure design, analysis and calculation. As the output pin in the cantilever state, coupled with the equilateral circle machining indexing error exists, so that a separate output pin force deformation, affecting the cycloidal deceleration power transmission and torque increase. Now introduced several kinds of simply supported beam output mechanism, expect to solve the high power, large torque cycloid reducer structural design, the provision of new ways.
