通过真空预冷使切花月季‘黄金时代’由25~28℃降到5℃,观察对比预冷过程中吸水、吸收保鲜剂(以AgNO360mg/1为主要成分)和不给水对花材水分状况和瓶插寿命的影响,并以不经预冷和常压下吸收保鲜剂9小时分别作为对照1和对照2。月季切花在真空预冷中吸收保鲜剂有效地补充了真空预冷过程中的水分损失,预冷后的花朵水势为-0.41mPa,与吸水处理相近;呼吸强度明显降低,其极大值约为吸水处理和对照1的1/3,接近对照2的效果;花朵开放增大,盛开期和瓶插寿命都延长,其效果也优于吸水处理和对照1,接近对照2水平。研究结果为月季切花真空预冷中防止水分损失与吸收保鲜剂两项技术措施结合进行提供了依据.
