以含水量为-94.5%的非离子型乳化剂-OP/n-C_5H_(11)OH/n-C_9H_(20)/H_2O微乳液为介质,进行了Cu(Ⅱ)-CAS分光光度研究(ε=3.5×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)),与水介质(ε=1.18×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1))及相同含水量的乳化剂-OP胶束介质(ε=2.86×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1))比较,测定灵敏度显著增加,样品分析结果令人满意。
The Cu (Ⅱ) -CAS spectrophotometric study (ε) was carried out with a nonionic emulsifier -OP / n-C_5H_ (11) OH / n-C_9H_ (20) / H_2O microemulsion with a water content of -94.5% = 3.5 × 10-4L · mol -1 cm -1) and the same as aqueous medium (ε = 1.18 × 10 -4 L · mol -1 cm -1) Compared with the aqueous emulsifier-OP micellar medium (ε = 2.86 × 10-4 L · mol -1 (-1) cm -1), the sensitivity was significantly increased and the result of sample analysis was satisfactory.
