改革开放以来,成套引进项目逐年增加,设备、配件的国产化工作日趋重要。“七五”期间国家重点建设项目之一,我厂的年产3万吨腈纶纤维生产线,就成套引进设备1945台（套）,用汇1952.4万美元。这些设备分别来自日本、新加坡、美国和西欧国家。其中,有部分设备由原专利规模12.5万吨项目放大而成,故在设备安装、试车期间做了大量的现场改造工作。这里,笔者积几年来的工作所及,就设备改造和配件国产化的有关问题,谈几点体会。
Since the reform and opening up, the complete set of imported projects has been increasing year by year, and the localization of equipment and accessories has become increasingly important. During the “7th Five-Year Plan” period, one of the national key construction projects, our factory annual production of 30,000 tons of acrylic fiber production line, the introduction of complete sets of equipment 1945 Taiwan (sets), using the exchange of 19.524 million US dollars. These devices come from Japan, Singapore, the United States and Western European countries. Among them, some of the equipment was scaled up from the original patent scale of 125,000 tons, so during the installation and commissioning of the equipment, a large number of on-site renovations were done. Here, the author’s work over the past few years, on the equipment transformation and accessories related problems, talk about a few experiences.
