目的探讨萘乙酸对小鼠体重及抗氧化能力的影响。方法将50只健康昆明种小鼠随机分为5个组,每组10只,雌雄各半,试验周期为4周。高、中、低剂量组动物饲料中加入萘乙酸的剂量分别为5 000、1 000和200 mg/kg;正常对照组和阳性对照组喂饲普通饲料;阳性对照组于实验结束前3 d,每天腹腔注射环磷酰胺20 mg/kg 1次。用天平称小鼠体重和肝脏重量等指标,用分光光度法测定血清丙二醛含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和总抗氧化能力活性。结果实验28 d后,高、中剂量组小鼠体重与正常对照组相比均有所降低,高剂量组丙二醛、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶及总抗氧化能力含量分别为(12.19±0.24)nmol/ml、(79.89±1.06)U/ml和(5.19±0.18)U/ml,与正常对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论萘乙酸对机体有一定的毒害作用,并可使小鼠机体脂质过氧化程度增强,造成组织器官的氧化损伤。
Objective To investigate the effects of NAA on the body weight and anti-oxidation ability of mice. Methods Fifty healthy Kunming mice were divided into five groups at random, 10 in each group. The mice were male and female, and the experimental period was 4 weeks. In the high, medium and low dose groups, the dosage of NAA was 5000, 1000 and 200 mg / kg, respectively. The normal control group and the positive control group were fed the normal feed. In the positive control group, 3 days before the end of the experiment, Intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide 20 mg / kg 1 time. Scales were used to weigh mice such as body weight and liver weight indicators, spectrophotometric determination of serum malondialdehyde content, glutathione peroxidase and total antioxidant activity. Results After 28 d of experiment, the body weights of mice in high and middle dose groups decreased compared with those in normal control group. The levels of malondialdehyde, glutathione peroxidase and total antioxidant capacity in high dose group were (12.19 ± 0.24) nmol / ml, (79.89 ± 1.06) U / ml and (5.19 ± 0.18) U / ml respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Naphthalene acetic acid has some toxic effects on the body, and can increase the body lipid peroxidation in mice, resulting in the oxidative damage of tissues and organs.
