目的了解烟台市船舶公共用品和餐具的卫生状况,确保船员及广大旅客的生活、饮食安全。方法根据国家卫生标准和检验方法,对烟台市2003—2006年船舶公共用品和餐具进行卫生检测及评价。结果2003—2006年共检测公共用品1777份,合格1701份,总合格率为95.72%。不同年度合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同类型公共用品间合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。床单卫生状况冬季比夏季好(P<0.05),毛毯卫生状况夏季比冬季好(P<0.05)。检测餐具1614份,合格1225份,总合格率为75.90%,各年度合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同类型餐具间其合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论公共用品的卫生状况明显好于餐具的卫生状况。烟台市船舶公共用品和餐具的卫生状况逐年有所改善。
Objective To understand the sanitary conditions of public supplies and utensils for ships in Yantai City and ensure the life and diet safety of seafarers and travelers. Methods According to the national health standards and testing methods, health inspection and evaluation of public supplies and utensils for ships from 2003 to 2006 in Yantai City were conducted. Results A total of 1777 public articles were tested during 2003-2006, with a total of 1701 passes, with a total passing rate of 95.72%. There was significant difference in pass rate in different years (P <0.05). There was significant difference in passing rate among different types of public articles (P <0.05). The sanitary conditions of sheets were better in winter than in summer (P <0.05). The hygienic condition of the sheets was better in summer than in winter (P <0.05). There were 1614 test pieces and 1225 passions with a total pass rate of 75.90%. There was a significant difference in pass rates between years (P <0.05). There was a significant difference in passing rate between different types of tableware (P <0.05). Conclusion The hygiene of public articles is significantly better than the hygiene of cutlery. Yantai City, public health supplies and cutlery health status has improved year by year.
