[目的]了解乌鲁木齐五所三级甲等医院的科室主任的满意度情况。[方法]自填式问卷调查。[结果]应答的63位科室主任年龄、学历不同他们在对于工作环境的实际感受、与同事相处时的心理感受以及领导对工作激励程度的感受,这三个方面存在一定的差异;而对于目前的实际收入也有一些不满。[结论]医院需要加强改革的力度,提高科室主任对工作的满意情况与管理能力,使其发挥出对医院与基层医护人员间的协调作用,更好地为医院的发展服务。 [Objective] To understand the degree of satisfaction of department heads of the three grade A hospitals in Urumqi. [Methods] Self-administered questionnaire survey. [Results] The 63 department directors responded with different ages and academic qualifications. There were some differences in their actual feelings about the work environment, their psychological feelings when they got along with their co-workers, and their perception of the degree of motivation of their work; There is also some dissatisfaction with the actual income. [Conclusion] The hospital needs to strengthen the reform and improve the satisfaction and management ability of the department director to the work, so that it can play a coordination role between the hospital and the basic medical personnel, and better serve the development of the hospital.
