以铝铁双金属复合铸件为研究对象,研究了HT 250缸体铸件经过铝熔体热浸镀后,热侵镀时间对界面扩散层厚度和形态的影响。结果表明:700℃下热浸镀10 min为最佳工艺条件。
Taking aluminum-iron bimetallic composite castings as the research object, the effects of hot-wearing time on the thickness and morphology of interfacial diffusion layer after hot-dip aluminizing of HT 250 cylinder castings were investigated. The results show that hot dip coating at 700 ℃ for 10 min is the best process condition.
