目的:观察糙叶败酱大孔吸附树脂提取物(PsBe)对Sarcoma 180(S180)荷瘤小鼠的抗肿瘤作用。方法:建立S180腹水瘤和实体瘤动物模型,分别给予PsBe 0.5g/kg、1.0g/kg、2.0g/kg治疗,观察荷瘤小鼠生命延长率和抑瘤率,HE染色观察肿瘤组织形态学变化,透射电镜观察肿瘤细胞结构变化,流式细胞仪检测Bcl-2、Bax、P53蛋白表达。结果:PsBe 0.5~2.0g/kg可提高S180腹水瘤荷瘤小鼠半数存活时间(P<0.01);PsBe 2.0g/kg显著抑制S180实体瘤生长,提高荷瘤小鼠生存质量(P<0.05);HE染色显示PsBe各组出现不同程度的肿瘤细胞减少;电镜下观察,PsBe各剂量组可引起肿瘤细胞凋亡;此外,PsBe1.0g/kg和2.0g/kg可增加P53蛋白表达,上调Bax/Bcl-2比例。结论:PsBe具有抑制肿瘤S180生长的作用,其作用与引起肿瘤细胞凋亡相关。
Objective: To observe the antitumor effect of PsBe on Sarcoma 180 (S180) tumor-bearing mice. Conclusion: PsBe can inhibit the growth of tumor S180 and its effect is related to the apoptosis of tumor cells.
