我厂氨碱废液中钾、钠含量的测定一直以减差法计算结果。由于钾的含量小,长期生产中没有做过定量分析,计算在钠的含量里。随着氨碱废渣、废液的治理和综合利用,如利用废渣制作水泥工作的开展,需分析废渣中K~+、Na~+的含量,而且对分析的精度和速度提出了较高的要求。通过对有关文献资料的消化,确定用火焰光度法测定废液中K~+、Na~+的含量,经试验证明,此方法简便而且准确度高。
Ammonia alkali plant waste potassium, sodium content determination has been calculated by subtraction method. Due to the small content of potassium, long-term production has not done quantitative analysis, calculated in the sodium content. With the treatment of ammonia-alkali waste, waste liquid and comprehensive utilization, such as the use of waste residue for the development of cement work, the need to analyze the content of K ~ +, Na ~ +, and the accuracy and speed of analysis put forward higher requirements . Through the digestion of the relevant literature data, the content of K ~ + and Na ~ + in the effluent was determined by flame photometry, which proved that the method was simple and accurate.
