常规粳稻秀水09经过甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)诱变处理,获得了一个矮秆窄叶突变体dnl1(dwarf and narrow leaf 1),经多代自交性状稳定。dnl1突变体与野生型相比,具有植株矮、叶片窄、分蘖强的特点。遗传分析表明dnl1突变性状受1对隐性核基因控制。通过图位克隆的方法,利用SSR分子标记将突变基因dnl1定位在第4号染色体SSR标记RM17478与RM17488之间约260 kb范围内。测序比对分析表明Dnl1可能为Nal1基因的等位基因。
The conventional japonica rice Xiushui 09 was subjected to mutagenesis with ethyl methanesulfonate (EMS) to obtain dwarf and narrow leaf 1, a dwarf and narrow leaf mutant 1, which was stable in many generations of self-fertility. dnl1 mutant compared with the wild-type, with short plants, narrow leaves, strong tillering characteristics. Genetic analysis showed that the dnl1 mutation was controlled by a recessive nuclear gene. By means of map-based cloning, the dnl1 mutant gene was located within about 260 kb between the SSR markers RM17478 and RM17488 on chromosome 4 using the SSR molecular marker. Sequencing analysis showed that Dnl1 may be the allele of Nal1 gene.
