由于脑下诱发反应(ABR)的普及和CT精确度的提高,对过去认为颇准诊断的小听神经瘤也能诊断了。但对于完全无脑干症状及其他颅神经症状的小听神经瘤确定手术时机仍有不少困难。本文就6例能较长期观察其过程的听神经瘤研究了肿瘤增大速度。男女各3名,年龄33~72岁,CT扫描测定肿瘤大小,1例局限于内听道,其余5例均突进桥小脑角,最大直径12mm。因机体其他原因未行手术治疗,1例观察4个月,5例观察1年以上(12~31个月)。观察期间至
Due to the popularity of the subarachnoid evoked response (ABR) and the increased accuracy of CT, small acoustic neuromas diagnosed in the past were diagnosed. However, there are still many difficulties in determining the timing of surgery for small acoustic neuromas that are completely free of brain stem symptoms and other cranial nerve symptoms. In this paper, the tumor growth rate was studied in 6 cases of acoustic neuromas that can observe the process for a longer period of time. Three men and three women aged 33-72 years old were examined by CT scan. One case was confined to the inner auditory canal, and the other 5 cases all protruded into the cerebellopontine angle with a maximum diameter of 12 mm.
