本文论述了如何利用微型计算机及其相应的硬件接口,对棉纺厂织布车间的2048台布机的工作状态、产量等信息随机地进行采集,并用软件对采集的信息进行分析、处理,一方面将处理的信息送往信息显示中心随机地显示出整个车间的工作状况,以便厂领导能及时地了解生产情况、调度和指挥生产;另一方面将其信息送往IBM—PC微型计算机进行产量统计、质量分析等工作,并及时地打印出各种报表,从而大大地减轻了统计的工作量,为质量分析、经济效益的计算等工作及时地提供了准确的数据。由于信息采集接口电路与布机车间和信息显示中心距离较远。为了使系统能可靠运行,本文还论述了长线传输产生的干扰和采取的相应技术措施。
