本文从冶轧板材最小可轧厚度的轧制实际情况出发,提出一个较为精确的确定最小可轧厚度和选择最佳工作辊径的计算公式。该公式考虑了压下率以及轧件入口和出口弹性变形对最小可轧厚度的影响,所以能夠满足冶轧工艺和生产率的要求,而且又符合冶轧最小可轧厚度的物理变化规律。本文给出确定最小可轧厚度和选择冶轧工作辊径的一般公式、同时又给出如薄铁皮和铝箔等特定产品的确定最小可轧厚度和选择冶轧工作辊径的简化公式。这样就为冶轧生产和冶轧机设计等工程计算,提供了方便的条件,出并给较为符合实际的计算结果。
In this paper, starting from the actual situation of the minimum rolling thickness of the rolled sheet, a more accurate formula to determine the minimum rolling thickness and choose the best working roll diameter is proposed. The formula takes into account the reduction rate and the effect of the elastic deformation of the entrance and exit of the rolling piece on the minimum thickness which can satisfy the requirements of the smelting process and the productivity, and also meets the physical variation rule of the minimum thickness of the rolled steel. In this paper, the general formulas for determining the minimum thickness of roll and the choice of rolling roll diameter are given, and the simplified formula for determining the minimum thickness of roll and the selection of the working roll diameter are given for the specific products such as thin sheet metal and aluminum foil. This will provide a convenient condition for the engineering calculation of the smelting mill and the smelting mill design, and give more realistic calculation results.
