1971~1989年间,我们相继创制出中国高粱细胞质雄性不育系吉农101和吉农105,与西非迈罗胞质雄性不育系为异源胞质关系,胞质效应基本相同;胞质线粒体DNA分析表明吉农101是辐射诱发胞质雄性不育系。吉农101和吉农105都有利用价值,可以直接用于生产。
From 1971 to 1989, we successfully developed the Chinese sorghum cytoplasmic male sterile line Ji-nong 101 and Ji-nong 105, and the West-Mali cytoplasmic male sterile line as a heterologous cytoplasm, with similar cytoplasmic effects. The cytoplasmic mitochondria DNA analysis showed that Jinong 101 is a radiation-induced cytoplasmic male sterile line. Geely 101 and Geelyon 105 have the use value, can be used directly in the production.
