目的采用自酸蚀和磷酸酸蚀对儿童第一恒磨牙进行窝沟封闭,比较二者封闭剂保留情况和防龋情况。方法选择107例儿童为研究对象,共纳入214颗试验牙。采用自身半口对照法,应用不同酸蚀法行窝沟封闭,定期复查封闭剂保留情况及患龋情况。结果 2组操作时间分别是(124±11)s和(252±16)s,封闭剂的保留率和患龋率相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自酸蚀法操作时间短,但二者封闭剂的保留率和患龋率无显著差异。
Objective To observe the pit and fissure sealant of children’s first permanent molars by self-etching and phosphoric acid etching, and to compare the retention of the two agents and the prevention of dental caries. Methods A total of 107 children were enrolled in this study. A total of 214 trial teeth were included. The use of their own half-mouth control method, the application of different acid etching fissure pit closed, periodic review of retention and caries situation. Results The operating time of the two groups was (124 ± 11) s and (252 ± 16) s, respectively. There was no significant difference in the retention rate and the caries prevalence between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The self-etching method has a short operation time, but there is no significant difference between the retention rate and caries-retention rate of the two sealants.
