1989年～1991年我们调查了莒南县刺猬感染 EHF 病毒情况。现将结果报告如下。材料在山东临沂地区莒南县 EHF 病家及病家周围捕捉刺猬243只,解剖后取心、肝、脾、肺、肾、脑组织编号,进行冰冻切片。EHF 病人恢复期血清,用购自安徽医科所生产的 R_(22)和 KHF 76/118株抗原片进行抗体滴定,效价1:320～1280。羊抗人 IgG 荧光抗体,购自军事医学科学院微生物流行病学研究所。工作浓度1:8。方法用 IFAT 检测 EHF 抗原,部分阳性标本送中国药品生物制品检定所复核。黑龙江
From 1989 to 1991, we investigated the hedgehog infected EHF virus in Junan County. The results reported below. MATERIALS 243 hedgehogs were caught around EHF patients and their sick families in Junan County, Linyi City, Shandong Province. Heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and brain tissue were collected and dissected. Frozen sections were obtained. EHF patient convalescent sera were titrated from 1: 320 to 1280 with antibody titer of R_ (22) and KHF 76/118 purchased from Anhui Medical. Goat anti-human IgG fluorescent antibody was purchased from Institute of Microbiology and Epidemiology, Academy of Military Medical Sciences. Working concentration of 1: 8. Methods IFAT was used to detect EHF antigen. Some positive samples were sent to China National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products for review. Heilongjiang
