评述了亚亳米波段内波长固定的和波长可调谐的激光器的现状。波长固定的激光器包括放电泵浦气体激光器和光泵浦气体激光器。后一种激光器在亚亳米波段有1500多条激光谱线,并作了详细论述。概述了可调谐亚亳米波激光器和相干光源,它们是由半导体激光器、差频振荡器、光参量振荡器、产生边带的双光子混频和喇曼激光器。
