This paper attempts to study the anodic fluorination of Hg (1-x) CdxTe (x = 0.2) surface using non-aqueous NH4F or KF and aqueous KF electrolyte solution. The basic process of anodic fluorination film growth is analyzed emphatically And its mechanism, discussed the anode fluorination conditions and process on the composition and quality of the film.
