小浪底水利枢纽灌溉塔是黄河北岸灌区引水的关键。根据枢纽泄水建筑物布置及调度方式和水库设计采用的运用方式,分析了灌溉塔前的水位变化、泥沙淤积、污物特征、含沙量等引水条件,认为不同的泄水建筑物正常开启条件下灌溉塔不会被泥沙淤堵,塔前含沙量一般可满足引水要求,但运用中要注意排污清污。小浪底水库如采用设计的逐步抬高蓄水位的运用方式,水库运用前6a水位不能满足引水要求。
