目的:为系统开发淫羊藿属植物,控制淫羊藿的质量。方法:采用聚酰胺及大孔吸附树脂AB8柱层析方法提取分离,根据光谱数据分析及理化性质鉴定。结果:从该植物中分离出4种黄酮类化合物,为巫山淫羊藿甙,宝藿甙Ⅵ,山奈酚3,7OαL鼠李糖甙及hexandraside。结论:均为首次从该植物中分离鉴定。
Objective: To develop Epimedium for the system and control the quality of Epimedium. Methods: Extraction and separation were carried out using polyamide and macroporous adsorption resin AB-8 column chromatography, and the data were analyzed according to spectral data and identified by physicochemical properties. RESULTS: Four flavonoids were isolated from this plant, which were Wushan Epimedium, Breguet VI, Kaempferol-3, 7-O-α-L-rhamnoside and hexandraside. Conclusion: Both were isolated and identified from this plant for the first time.
