通过研究套类铜合金砂型铸件形状参数与冒口形状参数之间的关系,并综合了经验设计方法和计算机凝固模拟技术各自的优点,给出了套类铜合金砂型铸件立浇时的冒口计算、核算方法,既避免了经验设计方法的不够准确,又避免了凝固模拟技术繁复及耗时的问题,因而具有较强的实用性。对常形套类砂型铸件,给出立浇时的冒口计算、核算方法,既能保证铸件得到充分补缩,又能获得较高的工艺出品率;对于异形套类砂型铸件,可在常形套类铸件计算方法的基础上灵活运用、稍加修正即可,因而该冒口计算、核算方法对异形套类砂型铸件也有指导作用。
