随着社会的发展,国内医疗纠纷案件也大量增加,医疗纠纷成为我国现代社会长期存在且难以化解的社会矛盾之一,严重影响了医院正常的诊疗秩序和社会的和谐稳定,同时占据了大量的司法资源通,本文通过对第三方调解模式的探讨,在建立和完善医患满意的医疗纠纷处置机制方面提出建议。第三方调解机制作为一种非诉讼纠纷解决方式在医疗纠纷调解中的作用受到国内外的普遍关注,并已成为医疗的重要解决途径,在医疗纠纷案件的处理中发挥积极作用,有利于妥善有效地处理医疗纠纷案件,促进社会的和谐发展。
With the development of society, there have been a large number of domestic medical disputes.
