介绍了采用集成传感器的工程机械液压系统检测仪的设计思想及硬、软件设计技术。阐述了温度、压力和流量三种参数测量电路的特点,提出并实现了三位一体的传感器设计,软件设计中采用了分频算法和非线性校正等技术。使用结果表明,该检测仪可以准确地测量液压系统参数,诊断液压系统的故障。
Introduced the design idea and hard and software design technology of hydraulic system tester of engineering machinery with integrated sensor. The characteristics of the temperature, pressure and flow measurement parameters are described. The design of a three-in-one sensor is proposed and implemented. The software design adopts the techniques of frequency-division algorithm and non-linear correction. The use of the results show that the detector can accurately measure the hydraulic system parameters to diagnose the hydraulic system failure.
