我国机关事业单位养老保险制度改革10多年来,仍然存在不少矛盾和问题,本文从实际出发借鉴国外的经验,提出我国机关事业单位养老保险制度应纳入统一的社会保障制度。 In the past 10 years, there are still many contradictions and problems in the reform of the endowment insurance system in our country’s organs and institutions. Based on the experience of other countries, this paper draws lessons from the experience of other countries and proposes that the pension insurance system of the organs and institutions of our country should be integrated into a unified social security system.
