为探讨重庆市分布较为广泛的红砂岩直接拉伸力学特性,了解其直接拉伸的变形破坏规律,本文设计研制了岩石直接拉伸试验装置,并详细介绍了该装置的工作原理及其使用范围。利用该装置进行了红砂岩的直接拉伸特性试验,从抗拉强度、杨氏模量、泊松比等指标与压缩情况下的比较以及红砂岩拉伸变形破坏规律等方面对其直接拉伸力学特性进行了分析,获得了该砂岩的直接拉伸力学特性参数。研究结果对分析评价受拉伸区控制的大型岩土工程的稳定性具有重要的参考意义。
