通过化学组成分析、室内砂培试验、模拟样地试验和模型物浇灌试验研究了落叶松水曲柳混交林中 落叶松枯枝落叶对水曲柳生长的影响。分析测定了枯枝落叶中的可溶性糖、氨基酸、单宁、有机酸及其它化合物 的组成及含量。室内砂培试验证明、落叶松的枯枝落叶能促进水曲柳的生长,模拟样地试验验证了室内砂培试验 的结果。根据枯枝落叶中所含成分的分析结果、选择模型化合物进行浇灌试验,证明脂肪族二元酸、苯乙酸、苯 丙酸是枯枝落叶中促进水曲柳生长的主要他感作用物质。
The effects of larch litterfall on the growth of Fraxinus mandshurica were studied by means of chemical composition analysis, sand culture test, simulated plot test and model watering experiment. The composition and content of soluble sugars, amino acids, tannins, organic acids and other compounds in litter were analyzed and determined. Indoor sand culture test proved that larch litter can promote the growth of Fraxinus mandshurica. Simulated plots to verify the indoor sand culture test results. According to the results of the analysis of the components contained in the litter, the model compounds were selected for watering experiment, and it was proved that the aliphatic dibasic acid, phenylacetic acid and phenylpropionic acid were the main hematological substances in litter to promote the growth of Fraxinus mandshurica.
