提升机在爬行和制动两个阶段中,通常采用变频器来作为其特殊的低频电源,并能在确保其输出频率不变的同时,根据外部控制的实际信号要求及其运行的速度,实现对输出电压大小的控制,最终实现矿井提升机电机的平稳制动以及稳定爬行。这一控制方式不仅调速性能良好、系统控制安全性高,而且还能节能省电,具有较高的应用及推广价值。本文主要介绍了矿井提升机的控制方式,以及矿井提升机中变频器的应用。
