目的 :筛选出厚朴煎煮时 ,厚朴酚溶出最高pH值范围。方法 :用多个样本均数比较进行分析。结果 :厚朴煎液pH值 9.5时 ,效果较好。结论 :厚朴煎液pH值在 8.5～ 9.5之间最好。
PURPOSE: To screen out honokiol when decocted, honokiol dissolves out of the highest pH range. Methods : Analysis using multiple sample comparisons. Results : The effect of Houpu decoction pH 9.5 was better. Conclusion: The pH of Magnolia decoction is best between 8.5 and 9.5.
