为评价转Bar基因稻谷对妊娠小鼠的生殖及健康的影响,将120只SPF级昆明小鼠随机平均分为两组,分别喂食不同饲量(20%、40%和60%)转基因稻谷和非转基因稻谷,饲养90 d让其自然配种受孕;妊娠14~15 d取样解剖,记录妊娠情况,采血稀释液抗凝,用全自动血液分析仪进行血液生理指标分析。结果表明:与对照组相比,亲代添加40%转基因稻谷组中小鼠的红细胞数、血细胞比容及平均红细胞血红蛋白量有显著升高(P<0.05);F1代添加20%非转基因稻谷对照组中白细胞数和血小板数显著升高(P<0.05),其他各组的各项生理指标无显著性差异,转基因组各项生理指标均在正常范围内。各剂量转基因组的生殖力与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。表明试验期内,妊娠小鼠饲喂转Bar基因稻谷,对其生殖及健康无显著影响。
To evaluate the effects of Bar transgenic rice on the reproductive and health of pregnant mice, 120 SPF Kunming mice were randomly divided into two groups and fed with different levels of transgenic rice (20%, 40% and 60% respectively) Non-genetically modified rice was bred for 90 days of pregnancy. Pregnancy was sampled from 14 to 15 days of gestation and pregnancy was recorded. Anti-coagulation of blood dilution was performed. Blood physiological parameters were analyzed by automatic blood analyzer. The results showed that the number of erythrocyte, hematocrit and the average hemoglobin of erythrocytes in the 40% transgenic rice were significantly increased (P <0.05) compared with the control group; 20% of the non-transgenic rice control group The number of white blood cells and platelets increased significantly (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the other physiological indexes among the other groups. The physiological indexes in the transgenic group were within the normal range. The fecundity of each dose transgenic group was not significantly different from the control group (P> 0.05). That during the test period, pregnant mice fed Bar transgenic rice, their reproductive and health no significant impact.
