综合考虑了短纤维TPU 复合材料纤维与基质特性、纤维基质界面结合强度、纤维长度与长径比以及纤维取向分布等对复合材料力学性能的影响, 提出了短纤维TPU 复合材料拉伸强度理论预测方程, 并进行了短纤维TPU 复合材料的实验研究, 理论预测结果与实验结果吻合较好。
Considering the influence of the fiber-matrix properties of the short fiber-TPU composites, the bonding strength of the fiber-matrix interface, the fiber length and aspect ratio and the fiber orientation distribution on the mechanical properties of the composites, the short fiber- Strength theory prediction equation, and the experimental study of short fiber TPU composite material, the theoretical prediction results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
