氯乙烯病或严格地说氯乙烯综合征,具有多器官系统的特征,这些临床表现,可用一个基本的病理过程来解释。这就是一般所称的免疫复合物疾病[其基本病理过程是,抗原和抗体凝集物,在特定情况下,构成网格型复合物,沉淀堆积在微血管内。这种沉淀的复合物,又固定补体,引起局部炎症反应;毛细血管的通透性能改变以及炎症细胞转移]。Ward等人检查了来自聚氯乙烯工厂的58名病人。按临床表现分为4组;第1组9人,都具有明显的氯乙烯病的症状和体征;第2组19人,有中度病症;
Vinyl chloride or, strictly speaking, vinyl chloride syndrome, is characterized by multiple organ systems. These clinical manifestations can be explained by a basic pathological process. This is what is commonly referred to as an immune complex disease [the basic pathological process of which is that antigens and antibody agglutinates, under certain circumstances, form a grid-like complex, and precipitates accumulate within microvessels. This precipitated complex, in turn, fixes complement, causing local inflammatory reactions; changes in capillary permeability and inflammatory cell metastasis]. Ward et al. examined 58 patients from the PVC plant. According to the clinical manifestations, they were divided into 4 groups; 9 patients in the first group all had obvious symptoms and signs of vinyl chloride disease; 19 patients in the second group had moderate symptoms;
