研究了碱性条件下三倍体毛白杨化学浆K3Fe(CN)6催化电化学漂白工艺,确定了漂白工艺最佳条件为:用碱量2%,漂白时间40min,漂白温度80℃,K3Fe(CN)6用量12mmol/L。对比电化学漂白前后浆的红外谱图发现,电化学漂白过程中木素的苯环骨架结构变化不大;木素间的连接出现断裂;漂白后残余木素的羧基及非共轭羰基增多,紫丁香型木素脱除明显。
The catalytic bleaching process of K3Fe (CN) 6 was studied under alkaline conditions. The optimum conditions for the bleaching process were as follows: 2% alkali, bleaching time 40 min, bleaching temperature 80 ℃, K3Fe (CN) ) 6 dosage 12mmol / L. Comparing the infrared spectra of pulp before and after electrochemical bleaching, it was found that the benzene ring skeleton structure of lignin did not change much during electrochemical bleaching; the lignin junction was broken; the carboxyl and non-conjugated carbonyl groups of residual lignin increased after bleaching, Lilac-type lignin removal significantly.
