对车身用6005A铝合金FSW对接板材进行了拉伸性能、拉伸疲劳性能试验研究,并与母材进行了对比;对6005A铝合金FSW对接型材进行了拉伸性能、拉伸疲劳性能和三点弯曲疲劳性能试验研究;根据疲劳试验结果,拟合出6005A铝合金FSW对接板材、型材的拉伸、三点弯曲的S-N曲线(R=0.1),并由此得出该结构的疲劳强度;由6005A铝合金FSW对接型材的静拉伸、疲劳拉伸和三点弯曲疲劳载荷作用下的失效位置,证实了FSW接头的可靠性,为结构的设计和使用提供了可靠的试验数据支持。
Tensile properties and tensile fatigue properties of 6005A aluminum alloy FSW butt joint plates were studied and compared with that of base metal. The tensile properties, tensile fatigue properties and tensile fatigue properties of 6005A aluminum alloy FSW butt joint were compared. According to the fatigue test results, the SN curve (R = 0.1) of tensile and three-point bending of 6005A aluminum alloy FSW butt-jointed plate and profile was fitted, and the fatigue strength of the structure was obtained. The static tensile, fatigue tensile and fatigue failure loading of 6005A aluminum alloy FSW buttressing section confirm the reliability of FSW joint and provide reliable test data support for the structure design and application.
