现阶段我国的全面改革有了进一步深化,在这一改革过程中,对商品流通领域起到了重要促进作用,使得快速消费品生产企业的财务管理也有着新的变化。基于此,本文主要品就快速消费品企业财务管理目标特征及财务管理的主要问题进行分析,然后结合实际探究快速消费品企业财务管理的有效策略,希望能够通过此次理论研究,对快速消费品企业的财务管理水平提升起到积极促进作用。
