目的:观察血小板参数及糖化血红蛋白联合检测在糖尿病患者微血管病变时的意义。方法:采用SYSMEX血常规五分类血球仪XT2000i型对100例糖尿病微血管病患者、80例糖尿病无微血管病患者及80例健康成人进行PLT、MPV、PDW、PCT及SYSMEX公司糖化血红蛋白仪(HPLC-723 G7)对糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c1)及日立7170A生化仪对空腹血糖(FPG)的联合检验。结果:有微血管病变组HbA1c1、PLT、MPV、PDW明显高于无微血管病变组及对照组(P<0.01);对照组的PCT与糖尿病患者比较无统计学意义。结论:HbA1c1与血小板参数的联合检测对糖尿病患者微血管病变的早期诊断具有重要价值。
Objective: To observe the significance of platelet parameters and glycosylated hemoglobin in the detection of microvascular disease in diabetic patients. Methods: The PLT, MPV, PDW, PCT and SYSMEX glycosylated hemoglobin analyzer (HPLC-723) were used in 100 cases of diabetic microangiopathy, 80 cases of diabetic microangiopathy and 80 cases of healthy adults by SYSMEX blood grouping type XT2000i. G7) A combined test of HbA1c1 and Hitachi 7170A biochemical analyzer on fasting plasma glucose (FPG). Results: HbA1c1, PLT, MPV and PDW in microangiopathy group were significantly higher than those in non-microvascular group and control group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between control group and PCT patients. Conclusion: The combined detection of HbA1c1 and platelet parameters is of great value in the early diagnosis of microvascular disease in diabetic patients.
