目的探讨OGTT实验糖负荷后90min内血糖、胰岛素、C肽的变化规律。方法分别观察正常人与糖尿病患者在OGTT实验糖负荷后前半小时内每隔五分钟抽样一次和糖负荷1小时后半小时内每隔5min抽样一次,抽取肘静脉血,检测葡萄糖(G),胰岛素(I),C肽(C)数值,并探讨正常人与糖尿病患者糖负荷后90min内血糖、胰岛素、C肽变化规律的区别。结果与正常人相比,糖尿病患者在OGTT实验糖负荷后90min内血糖、胰岛素、C肽有各自的变化规律,血糖逐渐升高,胰岛素、C肽峰值降低且延迟。结论 OGTT实验糖负荷后90min可反映胰岛β细胞的功能状态,可以反映人体的糖代谢功能。
Objective To investigate the changes of blood glucose, insulin and C-peptide within 90 minutes after OGTT experiment. Methods The normal and diabetic patients were sampled every five minutes in the first half hour after OGTT experiment and one hour after the glucose load in one hour and then sampled every 5 minutes in half an hour. The cubital vein blood was drawn and the levels of glucose (G), insulin (I), C peptide (C) values, and to explore the normal and diabetic patients after 90min glucose load, insulin, C peptide changes in the law. Results Compared with normal subjects, the changes of blood glucose, insulin and C-peptide in diabetic patients within 90 minutes after OGTT experiment showed that the blood glucose increased gradually and the peaks of insulin and C-peptide decreased and delayed. Conclusion OGTT experiments 90min after glucose load can reflect the functional status of pancreatic β-cell, can reflect the body’s glucose metabolism.
