根据地面地质调查资料、卫星遥感影像地质解译成果、准噶尔盆地西北缘大地电磁测深剖面的最新解释以及地震剖面资料综合研究,认为准噶尔盆地西北缘斜向挤压构造是由该区发育的达拉布特左行走滑断裂、西北缘逆冲推覆构造以及北西向右行横向走滑断裂组成。其中,达拉布特边界断裂左行走滑作用是形成准噶尔盆地西北缘逆冲推覆构造和北西向右行横向走滑断裂的主要控制因素,西北缘逆冲推覆构造与北西向右行横向走滑断裂的交合部位是准噶尔盆地西北缘地区油气的主要聚集区域。
Based on the data of surface geological survey, the interpretation of satellite remote sensing image geology, the latest explanation of the geomagnetic deep-sounding profile in the northwestern margin of Junggar Basin and the comprehensive study of seismic profile data, it is considered that the oblique extrusion structure in the northwestern margin of the Junggar Basin is caused by Rabut left-lateral strike-slip fault, thrust nappe structure in the northwestern margin, and lateral strike-slip faults in the north west to right direction. Among them, the left-lateral strike-slip of the Dalbott boundary fault is the main controlling factor for the formation of thrust nappe structures in the northwestern margin of Junggar Basin and lateral strike-slip faults on the northwestern-rightward strike. The thrust nappe structure in the northwestern margin and the horizontal strike The intersections of strike-slip faults are the major oil and gas accumulation areas in the northwestern margin of the Junggar Basin.
