作者筛选出一种新的抗胎盘硷性磷酸酶(PLA-P)、抗睾丸类 PLAP 的单克隆抗体(H_(17)E_2).H_(17)E_2对 PLAP 阳性肿瘤具有高度反应性,但对健康组织反应性极低。已证实用铟-Ⅲ标记 H_(17)E_2对肿瘤与健康器官(肝脏除外),能产生比放射性碘标记更好的对比效果。作者用铟-Ⅲ标记 H_(17)E_2检查15例患者,其中8例诊断为睾丸肿瘤,6例为卵巢肿瘤,1例为宫颈肿瘤。患者平均年龄40岁(21~70岁).H_(17)E_2源于小鼠 IgGI。它靠环酐与2-乙撑3胺(diethylenetriamine)5-乙酸相偶联。用铟-Ⅲ标记这种偶联抗体(即 H_(17)E_2)后,未结合的铟-
The authors screened out a new anti-placental alkaline phosphatase (PLA-P) and anti-testicular PLAP monoclonal antibody (H_ (17) E_2) .H_ (17) E_2 is highly reactive to PLAP positive tumors, Reactivity to healthy tissue is extremely low.
