目的了解居民户食用盐的碘含量情况,以便采取针对性的防控措施,为持续性消除碘缺乏病(IDD)工作提供参考依据。方法对2008—2013年连云港市居民户食用盐监测资料进行分析。结果 2008—2013年监测居民户盐样12 247份,其中合格碘盐11 640份,不合格碘盐325份,非碘盐282份。碘盐覆盖率为97.70%,合格碘盐食用率95.04%,非碘盐率为2.30%。结论连云港市2008—2013年的居民食用碘盐覆盖率和合格碘盐食用率符合国家消除IDD标准,不过仍需加强食用碘盐的宣传教育,以便更好地巩固我市消除IDD的工作成绩。
Objective To understand the iodine content of salt consumed by residents in order to take targeted prevention and control measures to provide a reference for the continuous elimination of iodine deficiency disorders (IDD). Methods The edible salt monitoring data of residents in Lianyungang City during 2008-2013 were analyzed. Results 12 247 salt samples of households were monitored during 2008-2013, including 11 640 qualified iodized salt, 325 unqualified iodized salt and 282 non-iodized salt. The iodized salt coverage was 97.70%, the qualified iodized salt consumption rate was 95.04%, and the non-iodized salt rate was 2.30%. Conclusion The population coverage of iodized salt and the rate of qualified iodized salt consumed by residents in Lianyungang during 2008-2013 are in line with the national elimination IDD standard, but publicity and education on the consumption of iodized salt is still needed to better consolidate the achievements of IDD elimination in our city.
