研究了多菌灵(carbendazim,MBC)对油菜菌核病菌(Sclerotiniasclerotiorum)抗MBC菌株的菌丝生长和菌核萌发的抑制效应。提出可用含MBC5μg/ml的PSA平皿检测S.sclerotiorum对MBC的抗药性菌株。菌丝检测法和菌核检测法的比较研究表明,这两种方法在检测S.sclerotiorum抗药性菌株比例上无显著差异。据1996~1997年在江苏省35个县(市)100多个地点采样检测结果,江苏油菜主产区60%以上的县(市)发现抗MBC的S.sclerotiorum菌株,其数量占所检测菌株的8.7%(1996)和9.7%(1997),不同地点、不同县(市)间抗性菌株比例不同。文章初步分析了MBC的应用与S.sclerotiorum抗性菌株产生的关系。
